I specialize in adult ADHD and AuDHD therapy and comprehensive evaluations for adults in Texas and New Mexico.

My work is collaborative, practical, and affirming. I help adults understand how ADHD and autism are actually showing up in their lives, identify what’s getting in the way, and build strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.

I have a late ADHD diagnosis myself and have been exploring my own AuDHD identification. That’s not incidental to this work. It’s the whole point.

My clinical focus is adults only. I am not currently accepting child or teen clients.
